Center for Personal and Organizational Assessment

For the past twenty years, CPOA has constructed, validated, distributed and made personal use of a diverse set of assessment instruments, ranging from questionnaires and surveys that enable clients to assess their own styles and strengths (and enable other people to provide feedback regarding the client’s styles and strengths) to surveys that enable clients to access the dominant culture of their own organization. CPOA also has created and distributed tools for assessing the performance of leaders in organizations the so-called 360 degree assessment process) and for the assessment of innovation diffusion in organizations. CPOA has also been actively involved in the building of computer-based simulation tools for analyzing complex systems (making use of system-dynamic and agent-based modeling tools). This center has transferred to the Ash Point Center.
